What are general-purpose and service-specific numbers?
A dedicated number is tied to one service. A general-purpose number can receive texts from multiple services. Check each app’s number and country requirements before buying.
How do extensions and cancellation work?
If an active number has an extension offer, confirm the current price to extend it. Eligible general-purpose numbers with no SMS can be cancelled after 180 seconds and within two hours of purchase. Refunds require confirmation.
